What Is 3D Printing?

“A New Era of Custom Manufacturing”

3D printing, or Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM), is an additive manufacturing method that creates physical parts layer by layer from digital models. It allows us to produce complex, strong, and highly customized components quickly — without traditional tooling or expensive molds. This technology makes it possible to iterate prototypes faster and deliver one-off or small-batch production on demand. It’s efficient, affordable, and revolutionizing modern problem-solving.

Explore Our Materials

ASA

3D-printed black plastic component with a cylindrical extension and a curved body.

Weather-resistant, UV-stable filament ideal for durable outdoor functional parts.

PA6-CF

Black plastic printer stands with geometric design on a white background.

Carbon fiber-reinforced nylon offering much higher strength, heat resistance, and weight reduction.

3D printed benchy model with flame in background

Strong, heat-resistant, flame-retardant filament ideal for functional, industrial prints.

PC FR

PAHT-CF

3D-printed black plastic stand with a circular slot, likely for holding a cylindrical object.

Higher-strength than PA6-CF, carbon fiber filament with excellent heat and chemical resistance.

TPU

Finger pressing a small black rubber tire with tread patterns on a white background.

Flexible, rubber-like filament ideal for impact-resistant and elastic printed parts/seals.

Our Fabricating Machines (currently only FDM)

Heat Resistance

Our material range includes heat-tolerant options like PC-FR, which can withstand temperatures up to 260°C, making it ideal for flame-retardant and thermal-stress applications. PA6-CF (Carbon Fiber Nylon) also performs well under higher heat, with a heat deflection temperature around 215°C, offering dependable performance in demanding environments.

Chemical Resistance

PA6-CF (Carbon Fiber Nylon) is engineered for tough, real-world use — offering excellent resistance to oils, solvents, greases, and industrial chemicals, making it great for automotive and mechanical applications. Note that it’s not as top notch as other Carbon Fiber thermoplastics but it’s definitely up in ranks. PC-FR also performs well in chemically harsh settings while maintaining flame-retardant properties.

High-Strength

PA6-CF delivers exceptional mechanical performance, with enhanced stiffness and durability from its carbon fiber reinforcement — ideal for structural parts and prototypes requiring strength comparable to lightweight metals. PC-FR provides additional toughness with impact resistance and dimensional stability, while PLA remains a reliable choice for lower-stress functional prints and general prototyping.

We offer a variety of 3D printing services from custom CAD design/3D Scanning and product development to part manufacturing from your own files.

Whether you're prototyping, replacing a part, or looking for small-batch production, our team helps bring your ideas to life.

Support Our Growth

As a car enthusiast and business owner, your support helps us invest in tools and technology to elevate our work. Donations will fund 3D scanners for precise part captures, reducing consultation time and ensuring a perfect fit. Contributions will also support high-performance materials like heat-resistant plastics for durable under-the-hood replacements.

We’re expanding into CNC milling, metal fabrication, and high-detail resin printing, enabling us to tackle a broader range of parts with increased precision. Upgrading our equipment allows us to offer stronger, more advanced solutions for restoration and performance needs. Every donation helps drive these advancements.
