-How and when do we charge? Typically we charge customers in increments by sending clients invoices. We always assume projects will take the estimated maximum amount of time to complete. Therefore, we charge up to every 2-3 weeks (depending on how long a project takes), to reinforce customer satisfaction and spending/financial awareness.

-For example, if you requested a custom part through one of our consulting services, and the estimated time of completion was three months, we’d first give you an estimated price, then charge you every few weeks with consistent updates on pricing.

-Prices are not fixed. They vary based on our time commitment and design intensity. We maintain professionalism and honesty in our work, never charging more than anticipated, and allowing users to make offers.
